LIDU manufactures individual mechanical engineering solutions.

The subcontractor occupies a production area of 3900m2, where professional engineering technology, qualified personnel and modern CNC machining centers ensure the realization of high quality products.

Our machinery pool contains premium equipment for turning, milling, drilling, welding and constructional steelwork. Multifunctional turning-drilling-milling centers of WFL Millturn Technologies enable entire processes on a single machine.

We offer complete service chains: From developing up to the finished component incl. (local) assemblage. Our employees operate the whole progress – with individual consulting, centralized purchasing, distribution and logistics. An own high rack warehouse with 1.200 pallet spaces provides extensive storage facilities.

LIDU works for many different industries. Furthermore we are a skilled specialist for the reworking and reparation of railway construction machineries. Our certifications allow us the manufacture of protective elements, e.g. for ship couplings or magnetic track brakes of railway vehicles.

As a matter of course high security and quality levels are a decisive factor for LIDU. We possess restamping authorizations by different certification bodies. Welded parts get approved via ultrasound, X-ray or dye penetrant testing (according to DIN EN 473). Our welders hold all required certifications (DIN EN 287).
